Roadmap snapshot
Board observed 2026-10-10 by kiyi. This is a dated summary of the private Homelab Roadmap after accepted Python/Node publication closed both image issues and moved their cards to Done. The owner also accepted closure of the meta issue, platform #56, and moved its card to Done. The operator subsequently closed base-images #32 with its checklist complete and moved it to Done. Ubuntu remains closed/Done. Issue references are plain text because most owning repositories are private. A column records work tracking; see the dated component pages for live deployment evidence.

Priority update observed 2026-10-13: the owner made
workflows #93, the shared
stable-v1 channel, highest priority; it was the sole In Progress card when
checked. Private Homelab/terraform-modules#8 was added to the Roadmap for the
one-time PostgreSQL provisioner bootstrap and reusable application database IaC.
These are subsequent tracking updates, not a recount of the 2026-10-10 table.

The board has 45 cards in Done, including the closed documentation security
update Homelab/Documentation#30 and merged platform PRs #74/#75. On
2026-10-10, Homelab/platform#104 was
closed and moved here after signed identity release
forgejo-runner-identity-bundle-v0.1.1-r6562 passed UDS postflight (run 4863)
and fresh worker credentials passed all 188 required and 22 forbidden probes
(run 4864). Run 4865 then deployed existing signed worker release
forgejo-runners-bundle-v0.1.6-r6507 and verified all three in-house image
references in both pools. The operator subsequently completed the checklist,
closed base-images #32 and moved its card to Done. The original deployment
record left fresh CI/artifact retrieval, dev deployment and cleanup/scale-to-zero
checks open; closure records operator acceptance without supplying new runtime
metrics in this documentation review. ComfyUI integration/timing follow-up
stays with its owning issue, Homelab/Comfy-UI#1. See
platform status.
On 2026-10-10, Homelab/base-images#3 and #4 were closed and moved here after
owner acceptance of Python 3.15.0 release base-python-v2026.10.10-r6609 and
Node 26.11.1 release base-node-v2026.10.10-r6608. Both published digests agree
with their receipts at merged source 57b92a1c30c0c9541b76ff3fe241250b43701764.
Receipt-bound source/full-image decisions pass with fresh clean ClamAV and zero
blocking findings, scanner errors or mitigations. The releases retain signed
receipts and SBOMs. Ubuntu #2 remains closed/Done with its accepted October 6
release. At the owner's direction, meta issue Homelab/platform#56 is also
closed/Done for the completed initial image-family milestone. ComfyUI follow-up
remains with its owning issue; no new timing or workload evidence is inferred
from this closure. Consumer adoption is separate. See
delivery evidence.
On 2026-10-07, Homelab/base-images#28 was
closed and moved here after publication of tool-main-runner-v2026.10.07-r6415
in homelab/tool-images/main-runner, with passing source/full-image gates and
clean ClamAV evidence. Its one shared tool definition inherits the accepted
Ubuntu digest; source stays in base-images. Workflow namespace support is
published in v1.30.0. Both existing runner labels now select the same digest
after reviewed platform delivery on 2026-10-10. Separate CI/deploy security
pools remain; base-images #32 is now closed by the operator. See
delivery and operations.
The worker delivery caller introduced in private Homelab/platform PR #99 and
the service-image adoption from PR #103 are merged. Bundle 0.1.6 is deployed;
the initial deployment needed no rollback release or worker rebuild. The meta
card and worker acceptance issue base-images #32 are Done.
On 2026-10-06, Homelab/base-images#2 (Ubuntu
foundation) was closed and moved here after owner acceptance of signed release
base-ubuntu-v2026.10.06-r6354 and its passing source/full-image scans and clean
ClamAV evidence. That completes the foundation, not runner adoption.
On 2026-10-04, Homelab/platform#62 (Renovate
deployment) and Homelab/renovate#2 (standalone delivery and protected operations)
were closed and moved here after deploy run 93, owner dry-run/onboarding acceptance
and schedule-resume run 103. Remaining detailed coverage and operating evidence is
tracked by Homelab/renovate#15 in Ready. See
delivery and operations.
GitchAuth branding (Homelab/platform#47) remains in Done after the owner's
2026-09-28 visual acceptance; see architecture. A closed issue
or Done card alone does not establish every live acceptance check.
